& effervescence
filled the cathedral sky
she proudly promised
to share her life
with another
before the father sun,
the mother moon
& the invisible stars
he gathered
his seriousness
over the impish gathering
which is his
heart
& spoke these
words
"on this day,
janet,
i make you
my wife"
