you need to step
beyond your ego.
what must be
done may not be
good
in every obvious
way.
the heart says
yes––
the mind says
no––
the gut says
stop––
the soul says
go––
two roads
come together &
then seem to
part.
there is no right
answer––
even God can’t
decide.
just be as confident
as water
that all searching
streams lead
miraculously
to the same
shining
sea.
